Our billing period is every week on Thursday. Expect to see the transaction within 24 hours on your credit card statement or bank account.
You will simultaneously receive an invoice when you are charged with a clear breakdown of the fees and hours. Feel free to reach out to us with any billing questions you may have.
We take all major credit cards, ACH.
Glad you asked. This is for both Businesses and Expert Freelancers to ensure that you feel like you’re in a marketplace of trust. If anything goes wrong or if you believe your freelancer or client did not perform as expected or complete the project as agreed, we step in and make sure all parties are happy. For freelancers, we will pay you if the product was fairly completed even if the client may not agree, and for clients, we will not charge you for a project if you rightfully believe and prove that the project was not completed as described.
